By using the BookMyLimoNow website or booking a ride with us, you agree to these terms. All bookings must be confirmed by us. A credit card is required for each booking. Please give us correct details, like your pickup time, pickup place, and number of passengers. Prices are shown when you book. Extra charges may apply for extra wait time, extra stops, tolls, or changes to your trip. Passengers must act safely and respect the vehicle and the chauffeur. You are responsible for any damage or cleaning needs caused by you or your group.

You may cancel a booking, but you must tell us in time. We need 24 hours’ notice for sedans and SUVs. We need 72 hours’ notice for Sprinter vans. We need 7 days’ notice for mini coaches and buses. If you do not give this notice, we may charge you. A no-show will be charged the full amount. To avoid a no-show, please call us at 617-202-9494. We work hard to be on time, but traffic, weather, and other events can cause delays. We are not responsible for delays that we cannot control. We may change these terms at any time. The new terms apply when we post them on this page.
